How to update my profile?

In the navigation menu, click on “Profile”.
Under “Your details”, select “View & Edit profile”.
Update your personal data.
Click on “Update”.

How to check what is the current plan?

By default, the “Blue Star” free plan available.
After “Login”, Click on “Profile”.
Under “Your plan”, select “Plan details”.
Plan “name” and validity (“Valid until”) will be display.

Is it possible to change my username (e-mail)?

It is impossible to change your username.
If you have an active payment plan and you have to change it, Contact us for further details.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on “Sign in”.
From the login page click on “Forgot password?”.
Fill-in your e-mail address (you have registered with).
Check the “I’m not a robot” option.
Click on “Search”.
Check your e-mail box.
Click on the confirmation link.
Replace your password.
Login with your new password.

How to change my password?

Where to find my customer number?

In the software, click on “Profile” in navigation menu.
Click on “Your details” and then on “View & Edit profile”.
