What are the currently available plans for registered users?
To use any plan, the user will have to complete the registration process first. Then, by default, the basic free plan (a.k.a: “Blue Star”) should be available. To get more features and to increase functionality, other periodical memberships are available as described under “Pricing“.
How do I set up a payment plan?
Click on the “Pricing” page, or on the “Upgrade” link from the “Dashboard” to open it. Select the payment plan you wish to subscribe. You will need a valid PayPal account. Confirm a payment from PayPal, and please make sure to include the same e-mail you have registered with HOROSCAPPS and your address/country in the payment form/PayPal comments field. Plans may be changed from time to time, please read the Terms of Use for more details.
How to upgrade a plan from a “free plan”?
To upgrade a plan from the basic plan (a.k.a: “Blue Star”) to another plan, Select the relevant plan and subscribe from the “Pricing” page. Upgrade may require payment. Read the terms of use for more details. Currently, we only accept PayPal payments. Please make sure to include your username – The e-mail you have registered with HOROSCAPPS, your address and your country in the payment form/PayPal comments field.
When the plan be updated after payment?
Once PayPal payment is completed for a new or updated subscription, Please note that it can take several hours or more to update the plan. We are doing our best to update as soon as we can, and in no more than 3 business days after the payment transaction is completed. For periodical plans, the subscription date will be according to the actual update, and not the payment time, so no time which may be lost, will be lost because of this gap.
How to upgrade a payment plan?
If you already have a payment plan, and you are going to upgrade (not downgrade) to another plan, Please contact us first to check and save the relevant gap, if any, between them. The free plan (“Blue Star” plan), if available, should be automatically updated when the payment plan validity is over.
How to cancel a payment plan?
The customer is entitled to inform Horoscapps at any time of his desire to not automatically renew the ongoing periodical subscription that he purchased, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Law. Notice of non-renew will be done in accordance with the law, and will specify, in writing, the date of its sending, the customer’s identification information (Username, first and last name, customer number, ID number, and address) and the date on which he wishes to end the subscription. Said notice must be sent by email: info AT horoscapps.com, from the same email with which the customer has been registered to Horoscapps. The termination of the subscription will go into effect within 3 business days of receiving such termination notice, and the subscription fee and/or part of said fee will not be refunded for the time until the end of said period.
