How to check what is the current software version?

In the software, Click on “Help”.
Software version will display as b[xxxx], where ‘xxxx’ is the version number, within the internal Help page. The software may be updated automatically.

Is there a feedback form?

Yes.
Below the “Dashboard” content, Click on “Feedback”.
Fill in the form and click on “Submit”.

Problem to add or load data in a form?

Refresh the page.
Verify that the user didn’t log out.
Verify that there is no connectivity problem.
